for breakfast i had an egg white omelette w/ tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese, and 2 pieces of turkey bacon (60 cals!!?!?!?!
... i also had frozen blue berries and strawberries with just enough yougurt on top to make it freeze and taste like ice cream :)
coulda done without the cheese.... i need to find some low cal cheese in canada (we dont have laughing cow)
at least i should be full for the rest of the day,, i will have some fruit before work, and then just fill up on coffee/water/dietcoke at work (i work at a resturant)
